This notice explains how your personal data is handled when you contact Certa Homes, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

What we collect

The details you give us in the enquiry form, by email or by WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address, the type of property you are interested in and your message.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, send you a shortlist of developments that match your brief, and arrange viewings you ask for. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages without your separate consent.

Who receives it

Enquiry form submissions are stored by our website hosting provider and delivered to our business email, which is provided by Google. These providers may store data outside Türkiye. When you ask for a viewing, the developer of the project concerned may receive your name and contact details so the viewing can be arranged.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any purchase that follows, and afterwards only as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether we process your data, request a copy, ask for corrections or deletion, and object to processing. Write to info@certa-homes.com and we will reply within 30 days.
